Prayer

The Power of Prayer
Do you believe in the power of prayer? Certainly Jesus encouraged His followers to make prayer the center of their relationship with the Father. Consider these promises of Christ: “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” (Mark 11:24).  “If you abide in me and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you” (John 15:7).  These are amazing promises -but Jesus offers that kind of world-changing power to those who will walk with Him and intercede for others.

Stories of Answered Prayer

Our faith can also be strengthened as we hear how others have brought prayer into the marketplace and have seen God answer prayer. Here are some examples of God at work in the marketplace answering the prayers of His children. Feel free to comment or ask questions of the writers.
